Try to eat some of the healthier low carb entrees' or salads when you can.
Eating Healthy In Airports
The most important point to keep in mind here is to only eat in an airport in extreme cases. Why? Because it is easy to sit down and eat at airport restaurants to simply kill extra time. In addition, most all airport restaurants are of the fast food variety, making things even more difficult.
Eating Healthy In Your Car
This can be much easier because you can usually plan ahead. Take snacks that are healthy in nature such as fruit, muffins or many others. This can help you reduce the times you need to eat in a restaurant or go through the drive-thru window.
While it is certainly tough to eat healthy all the time, with a little bit of planning on your part along with making some good decisions can make the process much easier. Resist the urge to continually eat junk food. It will only make the task that much tougher to take off the extra weight, not to mention how unhealthy it is in the long run.
